Cricket World Cup Update-SA vs West Indies

At last the cricket frenzy fans of Delhi finally got to see some real action, between South Africa and West Indies at the Ferozshah Kotla Stadium yesterday. From the beginning it was a one sided affair where South Africa emerged as a winner at the end. The not out century of AB de Villiers and a four wicket haul of Imran Tahir (who was making his debut) confirmed S. Africa's 7 wicket victory over the opponent team.

Spin bowling of S. African team was its biggest power point. The batsmen also played an important role in their win. The biggest disappointment of yesterday's match was poor innings of the West Indian team that led to resentment among its fans.

Final Scorecard:

South Africa: 223-3 (42.5) AB de Viliers was declared Man of the Match(for his not out 107 runs)

West Indies: 222-10 (47.3)
